Luís is currently the General Manager of Master HoldCo in Luxembourg.

20+ years of experience in corporate and investment banking.

In corporate banking, performed different functions in the commercial area of Caixa Geral de Depósitos namely as deputy manager of a team that managed the banking relationship with a portfolio of major companies with banking Resources above EUR 4 billion, presented proposals in top credit committees, participated in several multidepartment structural projects and was project leader of a new Corporate Banking commercial approach.

In terms of investment banking, was involved in several Project & Structured Finance operations advised by Caixa BI in several countries (Portugal, Spain, Angola, Mozambique and Brazil) in some cases through syndicated operations with other international parties (e.g. development finance institutions and commercial banks) and performed on-site senior management functions in international business units of Caixa BI (Spain and Mozambique).

Holds a Bachelor in Management, a Post-Graduate in Finance and specialization courses in Top Management.
